Description

Die Stadt Ellwangen ist Investor für die Europäische Ausbildungs- und Transferakademie für junge Erwachsene (EATA). Das Gebäude 9 der Reinhardt-Kaserne wird hierfür umgebaut und anschließend an eine gGmbH aus Kolping-Bildungswerk, Stadt Ellwangen und Ostalbkreis vermietet. Im Jahr 2016 fand diesbezüglich bereits eine Ausschreibung der Architektenleistungen statt (2016/S 210-382913). Das Vertragsverhältnis mit den hier gefundenen Architekten wurde jedoch gekündigt. Gemäß dem Förderbescheid muss die Fertigstellung inklusive Abrechnung und Vorlage des Verwendungsnachweises bis 30.06.2022 erfolgt sein. Nunmehr sind die Leistungsphasen 5-9 für die Gebäudeteile A und B sowie optional die Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 für den Gebäudeteil C des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (gemäß § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1) zu vergeben. Die Einrichtungsplanung der Appartements ist hierin enthalten. Ferner werden folgende Besondere Leistungen beauftragt:
- Fortschreiben der Raumbücher in detaillierter Form
- Überprüfung des Raumprogramms
- Kostencontrolling mit monatlichem Berichtswesen inklusive Kostenprognose
- Erstellen von Gebäudebestandsdokumentationen
- Erstellen von Wartungs- und Pflegeanweisungen
- Überwachung Mängelbeseitigung in Leistungsphase 9
