Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the work with regard to the recruitment, (pre)selection and/or administrative handling and support in minimizing (labour) law risks related to the hiring of temporary staff. For more information, see the tender documents. All operators meeting the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and/or by relying on third parties and/or subcontractors. The need for hiring is inherently dynamic. The volume of the contract is estimated at approximately € 6,000,000 (excluding VAT) per year. This amount relates to the hourly rates of the candidates including the fixed hourly mark-up. The total size (including any extensions, bringing the duration to a maximum of 4 years) has been estimated at € 24 million (excluding VAT).
