Description

I. The apparatus included in the system will be able to read the results of immunogenetic tests based on microsphere technology which, labelled with fluorescent dyes of varying colouring, will serve as carriers for suitable reagents in order to build the appropriate test. The apparatus, together with instrumentation, will make it possible to adjust the optical parameters of the laser detection/emission device by simultaneously measuring multiple immunogenetic markers in one test cycle.
II. In particular, the system will be equipped with a fluorescent laser analyser together with a unit automatically injecting the rinsing fluid and an automatic microplate feeder of 96 wells. An integral part of the system will be a computer with software that controls the analyser’s work, together with software enabling analysis and data collection of genetic polymorphisms.
