Description

In the city of Bad Vilbel, a new 3-field sports hall is to be built as a replacement for the demolished, old 3-field sports hall in the same place. The following call for tenders is for the turnkey construction of this 3-field sports hall with associated social rooms, club rooms and the creation of the complete outdoor facility with car and bicycle parking spaces. The new hall will be built in the same place where the demolished 3-field hall stood. In addition, the new hall is directly attached to an existing 3-field sports hall with the social wing (changing rooms, showers, etc.) and connected to it by corridors. Ultimately, this creates a twin 3-field hall. The sports hall is used by school sports during the day and is made available for club sports in the evenings and on weekends. The following functional tender is for the turnkey construction of this new 3-field sports hall with associated social and functional rooms as well as the fitting out of the outdoor area with cars and bicycle parking spaces. In the run-up to this call for tenders, the contracting authority has submitted a building permit on the basis of the specifications, which will be submitted later, but which has not yet been submitted.
