Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the periodic supply on request of medicinal products for the needs of Kotz-Shumen EOOD, divided into 18 (eighteen) lots, each medicine constituting a separate lot in addition to Lots №3, №4, №5, №8 and №11, which contain two nomenclatures - medicinal products of the same type but different milligrams. The sponsor has merged the same medicinal products from different milligrams into one Lot because for the treatment of patients in some cases combinations of one medicinal product are made, but different milligrams of it and it is advisable to be from one manufacturer and/or supplier. All information concerning technical requirements, estimated quantities and estimated value for each lot is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, several or all of the lots covered by the contract. The contracting authority shall not limit the number of lots to be awarded to one contractor. The evaluation shall be carried out by lot. The total estimated value of the contract excluding options is EUR 7 682 908.37 excluding VAT, which is the sum of the values of all lots over a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The total value of the contract with options included is EUR 9 603 635.458 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract with included options includes an option to extend the duration of the contract by up to 6 /six/ months.
