The subject of the contract is: Supply of single-use medical devices for the SPSK im. Prof. Witold Orłowski CMKP. A detailed list of the assortment can be found in Appendix 2 to the SWZ – the assortment and price form divided into 22 packages. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted in packages from 1 to 22. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all of the lots referred to in Chapter 3, point. 1 SWZ.
