Description

The subject of this framework agreement with purchase orders (hereinafter referred to as "the contract") is a need for assistance and maintenance from the Directorate for Accounting, Consolidation (DCOC), the Directorate for Finance, Management and Strategy (FGS) and the Directorate for Information Systems, Enterprise and Finance (DSIEF). This contract concerns the following services on SAP FC, SAP FIM/DS/IPS: - project management assistance, - project management assistance, - corrective and micro-evolutionary maintenance - evolutionary and adaptive maintenance These services are carried out on the following four modules of the SAP EPM suite: • SAP Business Object Financial and Consolidation (BFC): group consolidation system. • SAP BusinessObject Intercompany (BOI): system for reconciliation of intra-group declarations. • SAP Financial Information Management (FIM): ETL to automate data flows from SAP ECC for the parent company. Group subsidiaries also use SAP FIM to integrate data from .csv files. • SAP Disclosure Management (DM): tool the production of reference documents and financial reports group. As SAP FIM carries data between all our SAP ECC and SAP S4 applications, technical and functional support does not only concern FIM but also integration points and 1⁄2 incoming and outgoing interfaces with BPC/BW. A special requirement on BW & BPC skills is expected to facilitate exchanges with the various teams and to be a force for proposals on possible improvements to be made in terms of interfacing.
