Description

1. The subject of the contract is: supply of red meat and cold cuts from red meat to 16 GIs. 2. Scope of the contract - the procedure was divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 Red meat 2) Task 2 Red meat sausages warehouse Recipients. 4. Delivery of red meat and cold cuts from red meat at the place of delivery will be carried out on working days at 7 p.m. 7.30 – 12.00 with the frequency described in the description of the subject of the contract. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the goods by specialised own transport or by another carrier. 6. The goods will be delivered by insured transport, at the expense of the Contractor. 7. The Contractor shall be liable for any deficiencies or defects arising during the transport of the goods and shall bear all legal consequences therefor. 8. The recipient orders the goods at least two days in advance by phone or in writing (it can be fax or e-mail). The order should be confirmed by the person accepting the order. 9. The unloading of transport at the place of delivery is organized by the Ordering Party at its own expense. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products during the performance of this contract. 11. Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the table of quantities of supplies, the description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract.
