Description

The target of the acquisition is a digital learning environment and a competence management solution that will be used by the entire staff of the wellbeing services county, approximately 4,500 employees. The solution must enable - training management - monitoring employees' competence - discussions between employees and supervisors - time- and place-independent online training and - induction. The system brings flexibility and efficiency to traditional methods of competence development, acting as a central channel for competence development, management and learning in the Central Uusimaa wellbeing services county. The new solution will be acquired as a SaaS service. A more detailed description of the object of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1. The commissioning project is scheduled to start on 08/2025. The old system will be discontinued on 31 December 2025, when the new system must be in use.
