Description

Framework contract for construction and surveillance services 1.1.2026 – 31.12.2027, options for 2028 and 2029. The contract period is from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2027. If the exercise of the options is not agreed upon, the contract shall terminate without notice at the end of calendar year 2027. The options for 2028 and 2029 are each agreed separately. The acquisition includes the construction and supervision services of premises owned and leased by the North Savo Welfare Area in municipalities and cities in Kuopio and outside Kuopio. The construction and supervision tasks are normal, usually demanding, but sometimes also exceptionally demanding construction and supervision tasks in accordance with the YM1/601/2015 guidelines. Most of the tasks are small, even individual room alterations. Part of the construction and control work is related to acutely identified repair needs and part is included in the annual investment programme. It is difficult to predict the number of euro or units of construction and supervision tasks on an annual basis. Subsidiaries and associated companies of the North Savo Welfare Area, in which the North Savo Welfare Area has a significant shareholding, have the right, if they so wish, to order work for their own needs on the terms of the contract to be concluded in accordance with this invitation to tender (Kiinteistö Oy Mustinlampi, Sakupe Oy).
