Description

1. The order included the delivery of hats and hats for starting, service and field uniforms. 2. The item of uniform delivered as part of the contract must come from current production and must be new and in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3.Before submitting an offer, the Contractor may view the offer at the Customer's registered office (00-463 Warsaw, ul. 38) model of the subject of the contract (after prior arrangement of the date of the visit with a person authorized to communicate with the Contractors). 4. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements specified by the Employer. 5. After the contract has been signed and before the start of production, the Contractor will be required to provide a specimen of the subject matter of the contract together with the required documents – in accordance with §2 of the draft contract annexed to the FTZ – within a period not exceeding half the period during which the Contractor undertakes to perform the basic contract in the tender. 6. The Contractor shall execute the basic order within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, and if the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor shall execute the option within 90 days from the date of submission by the Ordering Party of a declaration on exercising the option right. 7. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the order is 24 months from the date of its release from the warehouse for use, while the period of its storage by the Ordering Party in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. If the garment is released for use after the expiry of its storage period, the guarantee referred to above does not apply. 8. According to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act in this procurement procedure, communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors will take place using electronic means of communication, i.e. through the purchasing platform at the following address: https://kgsg.ezarządjacy.pl
