Miał węglowy w klasie MIIA – 460 ton.
Oferowany miał węglowy musi odpowiadać niżej wymienionym parametrom:
1. Wartość opałowa – minimum 22 000 kJ/ kg, maksymalnie 24 000 kJ/ kg
2. Zawartość popiołu – maksymalnie 18%
3. Zawartość siarki – maksymalnie 0,6%
4. Dopuszczalna wilgotność – maksymalnie 15%
Miał węglowy ma być wolny od zanieczyszczeń w postaci kamienia, złomu oraz domieszek mułów.
