Description

Procurement of a framework agreement for project administration.
Stavanger Municipality c/o Urban Environment and Development [Bymiljø og utbygging (BMU)] will procure framework agreements for project administration. The framework agreement concerns the procurement of the following trade groups.
- Project manager construction and facilities (Norwegian: PL bygg og PL anlegg)
- Construction manager construction (Norwegian: BL bygg)
- Construction manager facilities (Norwegian: BL anlegg)
- Technical construction manager (Norwegian: TBL)
- Safety, health and work environment coordinator (Norwegian: KU)
- Safety, health and work environment coordinator facilities (Norwegian: KP)
- Builder ombudsman (Norwegian: BHO)
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to three (3) tenderers. The tenderers will be ranked and allocated in accordance with the following distribution key each year.
- Tenderer no. 1: 50 %
- Tenderer no. 2: 30 %
- Tenderer no. 3: 20 %
