In Hermann-Buck-Weg 7 a guard for the volunteer fire brigade Barmbek is to be built. The building consists of three adjoining buildings: in the middle there is a two-storey building for the Barmbek fire station, in the north-east the associated one-storey vehicle hall with three parking spaces. In the south-west, another one-storey vehicle hall of the Hamburg Volunteer Fire Brigade with six parking spaces connects to the building for the fire station. The buildings are not submerged. As part of the preparation for the construction project, the upcoming soil was examined and it was found that the near-surface fillings do not have sufficient load-bearing capacities.
