Description

The framework agreement aims to conclude follow-up contracts for the purchase of medicines used for the treatment of patients at the Targoviste County Emergency Hospital. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications. In accordance with Article 160 in conjunction with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information will be on the 11th day before the deadline set in the contract notice for the submission of tenders.
