Description

Based on feedback from the sector, the counties and professional councils, the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training would like to offer a competence package that can meet the need for competence and be a support in the implementation of module structured training in sixth form education. This notice does not include the development of support resources specifically aimed at the Norwegian module and social knowledge. The contracting authority would primarily like to build on the existing competence package, new curricula for apprentice companies, which are developed to support the introduction of new curriculums for training in companies (sixth form college). The justification for this is elaborated in the separate point below. The aim of this procurement is to develop content elements and, if needed, adapt the rest of the content of this competence package, so that it meets the need for support connected to the implementation of module structured training in sixth form education. An expansion of the competence package shall not be at the cost of the quality of the current competence package. The development of the content elements shall take place in close cooperation with the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training. The contract ́s value is estimated to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. The time frame for the assignment is 1 year after the assignment has been signed. The work is expected to start as soon as possible after the contract has been signed. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in points 4 and 5 below. The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training reserves the right to political decisions that can lead to changes in the scope of the assignment.
