France-Arcueil: Building construction work
Contract awarded to order forms with maximum orders and an economic operator awarded in accordance with the adapted procedure pursuant to Article 28 of the Public Procurement Code and in accordance with the provisions of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code relating to order form contracts. The contract is divided into two separate lots: Lot 1 Structural work, demolition, masonry, pruning stone, plastering, tiling, sealing under tiling, hard wall covering; Lot 2 Metal joinery, PVC joinery, Murs, Rideaux, Viterie, Locks, Metallery, Closure, Rolling Walls, Stores, Rideaux. For lot 1, the maximum annual order amount is EUR 450 000 and the estimated annual amount of the works is EUR 200 000 net. For lot 2, the maximum annual order amount is EUR 250 000 and the estimated annual amount of the works is EUR 100 000 net. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out routine maintenance work, major repairs and renovation of the buildings of the Community of agglomeration (administrative, cultural and nautical buildings) in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the Special Technical Specifications specific to each lot, including that of lot 00 (joint works TEC) common to all lots. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 years from the date of notification of the contract. It shall be expressly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 1. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract for all periods is 2 years.
