Description

The object of the procurement is the purchase of charging devices and services for electric cars. The charging equipment will be purchased under the ownership of the Customer. A more detailed description of the content of the subject of the procurement can be found in Annex 2 "Description of the subject of the procurement" to the invitation to tender. During the contract period, the customer does not commit to certain procurement volumes. Charging equipment and/or operator services will be procured during the contract period as needed. On the basis of competitive tendering, one (1) contract supplier will be selected. The contract is for a fixed term and has a duration of two (2) years. After a fixed-term agreement period, this agreement will automatically continue for an indefinite period, unless the agreement is terminated separately in writing by the other party in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Under the agreement of the City of Vantaa, procurements can be made by all sectors of the city. The total estimated value of the purchase, excluding VAT, is EUR 450 000 (4 years).
