Description

The services include support with process guidance and communication about the updated Sigma Plan and the various underlying sub-projects within this updated Sigma Plan. The support can be roughly divided into the following categories: - Process guidance of the Sigma Plan: o monitoring, implementing and facilitating the process structure and consultation structure of the Sigma Plan; o secondment of a clerk/communication employee (minimum 2 days/week) to the offices of the client for the performance of communication support tasks; o preparing, organizing and conducting monthly communication consultations with the client; o the organisational and substantive supervision of various site visits to all kinds of sub-projects of the Sigma Plan; - Strategic communication of the Sigma Plan: o periodically evaluating and determining the communication strategy with the Sigma Plan; o the ad hoc organisation of info markets and press events; o the provision of specific (strategic) communication advice at the request of the contracting authority; - Executive communication of the Sigma Plan: o the preparation, layout, production, management, updating and optimisation of all kinds of digital and non-digital publications (e.g. website, PowerPoint presentations, leaflets, brochures, annual reports, press releases, residents' letters, etc.); o editing and copywriting; o graphic development; o web development/web hosting and social media; o the preparation, production and installation of all kinds of exhibition material; o the recording and production of all kinds of visual material (photographs, videos, visualisations, etc.); o aerial photographic services; o organizing events; o organizing and having various logistical tasks and other related activities carried out.
