La consultation concerne les études de conception et la réalisation du transfert des activités d'irradiation du laboratoire PSE-Santé/SDOS/LDRI vers le bâtiment 01 du site IRSN de Fontenay-aux-Roses (92). Les installations d'irradiation concernées comprennent deux générateurs de rayons X et un irradiateur situé au LCIE hors du site de l'IRSN, ainsi qu'un irradiateur «Béta» situé dans le bâtiment 04 sur le site IRSN de FAR.
