Description

The contracting authority is the Kbt. Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. intends to conclude framework contracts for undertakings in 10 parts as a result of an open public procurement procedure launched by a notice pursuant to Section 81 of Part Two. (contracting authority) for the transport and delivery of carcasses of animals hit on the national road network managed by the contracting authority (roads and marked motorway sections) and of Category I animal by-products illegally deposited along the road to a collection/transhipment facility or for disposal. Carcasses are classified as category I (pet animals or wild animals if they are suspected of being infected with diseases communicable to humans or animals) under Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The contracting authority shall be entitled to place ad hoc orders for a period of 12 months from the date of entry into force of the framework contract or until the total amount (HUF 100 000 000 net) has been exhausted, whichever is earlier, provided that the contracting authority is entitled to extend the time limit for placing ad hoc orders optionally for a further 12 months by unilateral declaration no later than 15 days before the expiry of the 12-month time limit, but no longer than until the amount has been exhausted. Until the last day of this period, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to send an ad hoc order to the Winning Bidder, which shall be fulfilled by the Winning Bidder. The contracting authority undertakes to call 70 % of the total amount indicated, i.e. HUF 100 000 000 net, i.e. HUF 100 million. In the case of tendering for several lots, the Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that the works to be carried out within the framework of the service specified above may be carried out nationally, at several locations per lot, at approximately the same time. Further detailed information can be found in the Public Procurement Documents and its draft contract, as well as in the technical specifications.
