Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the selection of specialized companies for the provision of technical assistance services to the Government Delegation in the National Toll Highway Concessionary Companies (Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility), within the framework of the exercise of the powers that the latter has attributed by the implementing regulations. The Sub-delegation, referred to in Article 5 of Royal Decree 657/1986 of 7 March 1986, is responsible for the processing and proposal for the resolution of cases falling within the competence of the aforementioned Government Delegation. The companies awarded the Framework Agreement and the based contracts will have the possibility to carry out the technical assistance work listed below and under the conditions described in Article 3 et seq. of this PPTP, in order to support the work of the aforementioned Government Delegation and of which the Sub-Delegation is responsible. Contracts based on the Framework Agreement shall concern the preparation of reports on matters to be determined by the Delegation of Government.
