Description

The procurement includes the delivery of a complete and coherent community-adapted IT system (hereinafter referred to as the system) for Human Resources and Finance, Budget and Forecast, Business Planning and Reports. The mission also includes related implementation, support, service and upgrades consultancy services.
The system is primarily to be used by all managers within the municipal group for day-to-day management, planning, monitoring and analysis.
The number of users, managers and other functions such as economists and business developers is estimated to be 120 after the introduction. The need for the number of users may change during the term of the contract and is not binding.
Approximately 20 licences will be called off directly at the start of the contract and the remaining licences later on the provisional schedule.
