Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the execution, together with photographic (colour) documentation, of up to 15 estimates establishing the market value of the right to ownership of land which has not been built up and which have been legally acquired by the State Treasury or a local government unit, as at 29 October 1998 – Article 73 of the Implementing Provisions Act of 13.10.1998 (Journal of Laws No 133, item 872 as amended) to determine and pay compensation.
