Description

With our Innovation Challenge for intelligent digital customer communication, we want to make communication more efficient and comfortable for our tenants and ourselves. We are looking for innovative solutions that use intelligent digital concepts and technologies to help us identify tenants, qualify and automate their concerns for our service center. Ideally, we would like to be able to fully absorb these concerns and transfer them as tickets to our existing processes via the existing REST API. The challenge divides the overall topic of "digital intelligent and automated customer communication" into five specific use cases, separated by communication channels - the so-called missions (see details): Division into missions: Phase 1 • A1 e-mail bot • A2 voice bot Phase 2 • B3 SAP CRM bot • B4 reply assistant Phase 3 • C5 chat & self-service bot • C6 letter bot (analog post) This announcement only applies to Mission A2 voice bot. Context Via our Siemens HiPath telephone system, we receive calls from apartment tenants under the free number 0800 4708 800. The number 030 4708 - 4150 is the number for commercial tenants. The colleagues of both phone numbers handle rental inquiries about commercial matters relating to the rental agreements. The service center is available Mon, Wed and Fri from 9:00 to 12:00 Tue and Thu from 12:00 to 15:00. Concerns regarding the reporting of damage and repair requests are accepted, qualified and dispatched by external service providers via a separate telephone number and external hotline. The Gewobag can provide REST API, which validates the potentially identified tenants and concerns and returns corresponding status.
