Description

The gendarmerie will welcome 5 non-commissioned military gendarmes as well as a volunteer gendarme. A useful area of about 700 m2 is requested including a service area (reception, waiting, offices etc.), a technical area (garage, store, generator room etc.) and a family area including 3 T4, 2 T5 and a studio. Exterior facilities are to be provided on approximately 700 m2. The estimated amount allocated to the works is EUR 1 700 000 excluding VAT (value February 2025). Skills in architecture, structure engineering, fluids (electrical engineering, HVAC/sanitary plumbing), VRD, construction economics and OPC are required. The mission entrusted will be a basic building mission in accordance with Article R2431-4 of the Public Procurement Code with additional missions STD, SSI and DPGF.
