le marché de type Pfi (Prestation - forfait - intéressement) porte sur l'exploitation des installations thermiques (chauffage, Ecs, climatisation, ventilation) de divers collèges publics du département des Hauts-De-Seine. Ce marché couvre l'ensemble des installations sur site (enseignement, gymnase, logements, restauration, à l'exclusion des prestations spécifiques (dégraissage hottes de cuisine, désenfumage)il prévoit la réalisation des prestations suivantes :-Prestations de services (P2) avec gestion de l'énergie et clauses d'intéressement : Prestations d'exploitation, de conduite, d'entretien, d'astreinte, de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations-prestations de gros entretien et renouvellement, avec gestion transparente, des installations objets du présent contrat (P3)Lieux d'exécution : 28 collèges (hors Cpe systèmes)
