Design, technical assistance and execution services for the investment objective: ‘Modernisation of county road DJ 249D: - Intersection DJ 249A (Cristești) – Intersection DJ 249E (Ţuțora), km 0+000 - 7+660’, according to the tender documentation. Estimated value: RON 35 039 550.69 excluding VAT, is composed of: - expenditure on technical design and technical assistance by the designer – RON 531 042.90 excluding VAT; - construction-assembly costs (C+M) – RON 34 508 507.79 excluding VAT. The project budget provides for miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses amounting to RON 3 506 777.09 excluding VAT. The amount of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses may be accessed at any time during the performance of the contract, under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Articles 160(2) and 161(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will reply to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
