Subject of purchase: the aim is to ensure in good conditions the public education service and equal access to education for pupils enrolled in pre-university education in Prahova County through a unitary solution: equipping 81 pre-university education units and 5 related units with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment. This procurement targets the following investments linked to the project indicators: - 72 school offices in pre-university education units equipped with specific teaching materials In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as amended, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
