Description

According to current planning, approximately 40 overnight rooms (OG-Ostflügel/DG-Ostflügel) are to be created in the empty monastery wing. The most extensive rescheduling takes place on the ground floor of the single monument. In addition to a ground-shot extension of the patio courtyard (subsequent use = dining room), a necessary kitchen extension is foreseen with the necessary serving rooms and a guest tube with outdoor catering, as well as a new sound studio to be installed. According to initial cost estimates, construction costs (KGR 200-700) amount to approximately EUR 9500000 (gross). The implementation of the measure is planned in one construction phase. Construction is planned to start in Q1 2017.
