Description

The purchase is made for the replacement of power transformers which, due to failures and advanced age, are no longer safe to use, i.e. no longer reliably perform the basic function of securing the power supply, resulting in affecting the regularity of train movements. In these circumstances, it is necessary to purchase standardized single-phase power transformers 16 MVA 110/ 25 kV, with characteristics and technical performance corresponding to current technologies, allowing their installation in place of the transformers currently in use. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation 12 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
