Description

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for successive (lots) supplies of reagents manufactured by Abcam, Antibodies.com, Proteintech, TargetMol for organisational units of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum in Krakow, intended in particular for educational, statutory, scientific, research and experimental development activities. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance the contract have not been awarded to it. 1.2 The subject-matter of the contract may be financed or co-financed, in particular, by the European Union or other funds obtained under external projects or contracts or programmes or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum and in the future. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing a quantitative list of reagents is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also a form for calculating the price of the tender. The subject of the contract are also reagents, not included in Annex A to the SWZ, but included in the portfolio of manufacturers Abcam, Antibodies.com, Proteintech, TargetMol, which the Contractor is entitled to distribute. In the case of each order of reagent(s) from outside the range included in Annex A to the RVU, it is necessary to obtain information from the Contractor about its/their availability. This description should be read together with possible changes to the content of the RVUs, e.g. as a result of the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 2.
