Description

In the so-called "Block V" in the center of Potsdam, new buildings with residential and commercial use are to be built on the basis of the updated concept of the main building, which was approved by the city council. Four architects' lots are planned for which the property planning services for the service phases 1-3 are to be awarded. In a fifth lot, the property planning for the underground car park, the basements and the courtyard (performance phase 1-3), the specialist planning services for the architects' lots 1-4 (performance phase 1-3) and the general planning for the performance phases 4-7 are to be awarded. The subject of the service is the procedural supervision for the negotiated procedure with participation competition according to the VgV with five lots.
