I. Pełna nazwa zamówienia : "Budowa infrastruktury kanalizacji deszczowej, sanitarnej i sieci wodociągowej w dzielnicy Ujejsce etap II/I –w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego „Uporządkowanie gospodarki wodno-ściekowej w Gminie Dąbrowa Górnicza – etap II”
II. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych obejmujących odtworzenie oraz budowę dróg wraz z chodnikami, ścieżką rowerową, budowę kanalizacji deszczowej i sanitarnej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, sieci wodociągowej, odtworzenie rowów odwadniających wg dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót oraz przedmiaru robót.
2. Zakres szczegółowy robót obejmuje budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, sanitarnej i przebudowę sieci wodociągowej z budową i odtworzeniem dróg chodników i ścieżek rowerowych zgodnie z § 1 umowy. (...)
