Description

The aim of the procurement is the introduction of a cloud-based CAFM SaaS solution including usage rights, provisioning (provisioning), hosting and operation, which digitally supports all relevant facility management processes and sustainably improves the management of the properties of the Wetteraukreis. The service provider provides the services specified in the terms of reference for provision in a software solution in German and by means of German communication. The solution is intended to provide a modern, scalable and future-proof platform that meets the requirements of department 5 as well as the entire district administration. The CAFM SaaS solution must be consistently oriented towards the standard processes of the GEFMA guidelines. The aim is to use the established, tried-and-tested processes of facility management in the market and to make them available to the Wetteraukreis, instead of developing proprietary process logics.
