Description

Per 31 december 2025 verloopt de huidige overeenkomst ten aanzien van de collectieve arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering. Windesheim wil de overeenkomst ten behoeve van de arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering opnieuw contracteren. Windesheim wil een collectieve verzekering bij gedeeltelijke arbeidsongeschiktheid aanbieden, volgens het niveau wat in de cao hbo staat vermeld. De premiekosten worden voor 100% vergoed door Windesheim. De voorwaarden die hieraan gesteld worden, kunnen wijzigen op basis van de overleggen tussen Windesheim en de vakbonden over decentrale arbeidsvoorwaarden, conform hoofdstuk K cao-hbo. De verzekering wordt afgesloten voor alle werknemers van Windesheim met uitzondering van de afstandsverklaarders. Daarnaast wil Windesheim de semicollectieve verzekering bij volledige arbeidsongeschiktheid voor werknemers aanbieden. Deze dekking voor volledige arbeidsongeschiktheid wordt een keuze voor werknemers en wordt ook door de werknemers zelf gefinancierd (premie) via de loonadministratie.
