Description

As of 31 December 2025, the current collective disability insurance agreement expires. Windesheim wants to re-contract the contract for the disability insurance. Windesheim wants to offer collective insurance in the event of partial incapacity for work, according to the level stated in the collective labour agreement (CAO hbo). The premium costs are 100% reimbursed by Windesheim. The conditions that are imposed on this can change on the basis of the consultations between Windesheim and the trade unions about decentralized working conditions, in accordance with Chapter K of the collective labour agreement. The insurance is taken out for all employees of Windesheim with the exception of the distance clarifiers. In addition, Windesheim wants to offer the semi-collective insurance in the event of complete incapacity for work for employees. This cover for total incapacity for work becomes a choice for employees and is also financed by the employees themselves (premium) through the payroll administration.
