Description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for Horticultural Machinery and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
The Authority requires a Provider to supply, on both a hire and purchase basis, a range of Horticultural Equipment (“Equipment”) together with any required parts and consumables (“Parts”). The Authority may also require the provision of full maintenance services in respect of hired Equipment, as more particularly detailed in the Specification (“Maintenance”).
The Authority wants to ensure it has the most cost effective and functional equipment to meet its needs, and is looking for a Provider who it can work with to improve productivity in delivering horticultural services.
