Description

The Ministry of Defence's Property Agency has a need to conclude a framework agreement for Postal Management. The framework agreement shall cover mail handling of letters and parcels at the Ministry of Defence’s establishments, and the agreement shall ensure that the Ministry of Defence’s Property Agency has the possibility of sending letters and parcels adapted to the needs of each establishment. The mail handling must include, among other things, collection, delivery, postage of letters and parcels, and franked reply envelopes. Postal handling must be carried out at home and abroad. The agreement is divided into 3 sub-agreements, an agreement for letters and an agreement for packages. The maximum value over a 4 year period for letters is DKK 20 million, and the maximum value over a 4 year period for packages is DKK 13.6 million. The total maximum value is DKK 33.6 million. It is possible for tenderers to submit tenders for all 3 lots, and it is the Danish Property Agency's expectation that there will be a saving associated with a single supplier for both letters and packages, as the runs can be added together.
