The purpose of the contract is to: manual support activities for the management of procedures relating to the recording and preparation of notification of infringements of the Highway Code, the provision of the relevant management software, rental of 4 approved equipment at a fixed location for the detection of infringements referred to in Article 146 (3) of the Highway Code (crossing with the red traffic light); 1 equipment at a fixed location for checking the infringements referred to in Article 142 of the Highway Code (checking the maximum permitted speed limit), ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of existing traffic lights; road, vertical and road markings; legal aid for appeals; ancillary and complementary services.
