Description

Delegation of the management of the public sanitation service in Petrosani municipality for the following activities: 1.Sweeping, washing and spraying of public paths in the locality, including the collection and transport of waste earth and stones from public paths to landfills, as well as waste from street baskets to landfills and/or treatment facilities; 2. Cleaning and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and keeping them in operation during ice or frost. The purpose of the public service contract is to ensure that the two activities falling within the scope of Community utilities services are carried out in good conditions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will reply to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 161(2) of Law No 98/2016, by means of a consolidated reply, to the extent that requests for clarifications are submitted within the specified time limit.
