Description

The Community's sites of activity generate different types of non-hazardous waste, the contractor must ensure: For rented open waste dumpsters: - the punctual and annual rental of open waste dumpsters; - the organisation of full/empty dumpster rotations, taking care of the transport of waste to a regrouping site in order to carry out the treatment and recovery of the flows concerned in compliance with the regulations in force (pursuant to Law No 2020-105 of 10 February 2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy). For voluntary contributions: - Management of the collection, treatment and recovery of waste resulting from the sweeping of territorial roads; road sweeping generates non-hazardous waste with residues such as rubble, wood, plastic, scrap. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This procedure follows a previous consultation declared without follow-up.
