Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn. „Zakup i dostawa używanego pojazdu ciężarowego z zabudową hakową w ilości 1 szt.”. 2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 34130000-7 pojazdy silnikowe do transportu towarów 3. Zamówienie nie zostało podzielone na części. Zamówienie musi zostać zrealizowane w całości z uwagi na niepodzielny przedmiot dostawy. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych oraz w postaci katalogów elektronicznych. 5. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 p.z.p. 6. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ, stanowiący załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
