Description

This consultation concerns: 25GPT04 - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE BENEFITS OF MAINTENANCE AND SMALL REPAIRS OF THE PUBLIC LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS FOR THE METROPOLE TOULON PROVENCE MEDITERRANEE COMMAND GROUP (ANTENNE TOULON / LE REVEST) AND THE COMMUNE DE TOULON The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance and proper functioning of all public lighting installations on roads and installations open to the public for each of the members of the group formed (Antenne Toulon / Le Revest and the City of Toulon) such as: playgrounds, parks and gardens, sports establishments, displays of certain buildings and dealers' terminals in the markets. The lanes concerned are the lanes managed by the MTPM and by the City of Toulon, by extension private lanes open to public traffic. This management includes preventive, palliative and corrective maintenance services. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code, this contract is awarded by the grouping of orders consisting of the Metropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée (Toulon / Le Revest antenna) and the municipality of Toulon. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code, the coordinator of the consortium will be the Metropole T.P.M. The tendering committee of the consortium will be that of the coordinator. Each member of the group manages the full execution of its contract.
