Le présent accord-cadre par émission à bons de commande a pour objet l'intervention du Contrôleur Technique en application des dispositions du Code de la Construction et de l'Habitation dans le cadre de la conception et l'exécution d'opérations de construction neuve, de réhabilitation, de résidentialisation, de construction de garages et de grosses réparations ou gros entretien lancées par l'OPAC de l'Oise. Les prestations seront exécutées dans le département de l'Oise et éventuellement dans les départements limitrophes
