Description

Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Realisierung von fünf Gastronomieeinheiten auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 1.385m². Bauseits wird ein veredelter Rohbau übergeben, d. h. einschl. Fassade, Dach, Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen bis zur Projektgrenze. Die Planung und Realisierung alle Sicherheitsgewerke erfolgt parallel bauseits, ist aber im Zuge der vertraglichen Leistung mit abzustimmen und zu koordinieren. Lage und Größe: G1= 390m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Restaurant (Italienisch) G2= 230m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Fine-Dining-Restaurant G3= 195m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Bar G4= 382m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Familien- Restaurant G6= 190m²: Standort im öffentlichen Bereich, Ebene 04 Thema: Cafe Backladen - Franchise durch Dean & David Folgende Arbeiten sollen ausgeführt werden: Verlegen von Fliesenbelag an Wänden Verlegen von Fliesenbelag auf Böden Verlegen von Bodenbelägen
