Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η διαμονή των δικαιούχων στέγασης φοιτητών των ΑΕΙ Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής, ΕΚΠΑ & Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Μακεδονίας στις πόλεις της Αθήνας (NUTS EL 303), του Πειραιά (NUTS EL 307), της Καστοριάς (NUTS EL 532) και της Πτολεμαΐδας (NUTS EL 531). Οι υπηρεσίες διαιρούνται σε δυο (2) τμήματα και περιλαμβάνει συνοπτικά:
ΤΜΗΜΑ 1: Διαμονή των δικαιούχων στέγασης φοιτητών του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής και του ΕΚΠΑ στις πόλεις της Αθήνας και του Πειραιά, προϋπολογισμού 5.800.410,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% (προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 4.677.750,00 € ΦΠΑ έως: € 1.122.660,00) με φόρο διαμονής έως του ποσού των 334.125,00€.
ΤΜΗΜΑ 2: Διαμονή των δικαιούχων στέγασης φοιτητών του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Μακεδονίας στις πόλεις της Καστοριάς και της Πτολεμαΐδας, εκτιμώμενης αξίας 716.100,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% (προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 577.500,00 €, ΦΠΑ έως: 138.600,00€ με φόρο διαμονής έως του ποσού των 41.250,00€.
