Upphandlingen avser en byggentreprenad enligt ett partneringförfarande för renovering av befintlig simhall och undervisningsbassäng i Paradiset i Centrala Örnsköldsvik. Upphandlingen kommer att omfatta två faser där man i fas ett räknar fram en lösning som sedan beslutas politiskt innan man går vidare med fas 2 där man genomför renoveringen.
