Description

Distribution of textbooks in secondary schools in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region:
In each of the 182 secondary schools of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region, the chosen service provider is responsible for distributing school textbooks at the time of the start of the school year. In 2011, the summer break will take place on Monday 5.9.2011.
The service provider will have to deploy in each of the secondary schools a team of approximately three people to first paste the ‘Region labels’ on the manuals and then distribute the books to all secondary school students (approximately 150 000 students throughout the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur). The number of secondary school students varies from one school to another the teams will be formed in function (from 1 to 5 persons maximum).
The team must be present in the school for at least 4 days: 2 days before the official start, namely Thursday 1 and Friday 2.9.2011, to paste the labels and on Monday and Tuesday 6.9.2011, or even Wednesday 7 September, for the distribution of books (weeks 35 and 36); from 7: 15 to 17: 15. As the day is continuous, staff meals are at the expense of the service provider.
