Description

ROC Mondriaan wenst middels deze aanbesteding met drie leverancier die de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding hebben ingediend, een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor hardware. Onder hardware verstaan wij: werkstations, laptops, tablets, beeldschermen, mobiele telefoons, alle aanverwante randapparatuur (ook wel end-user devices). Momenteel bestaat de hardware van ROC Mondriaan uit verschillende A-merk modellen, met name DELL en HP. Doelstellingen Het aanbod van inschrijver dient bij te dragen aan de realisatie van de volgende doelstellingen die de aanbestedende dienst heeft opgesteld: • Tevreden eindgebruikers • Kwalitatief goede hardware • Simpel bestelproces • Goede service voor garantie en gebreken • Duidelijke rapportages • Actuele CMDB lijst • Hoge leverbetrouwbaarheid • Een transparante samenwerking • Een adviserende partner Expliciet buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding vallen onder andere: • Aanschaf van servers/storage • Aanschaf van interactieve schermen • Aanschaf van va Zie Deel A Beschrijvend document.
