Description

Im Ver- und Entsorgungszentrum der Universitätsmedizin Rostock ist der Umbau des durch Büroflächen genutzten Obergeschosses für die Unterbringung der Krankenhausapotheke geplant. Der Gebäudekomplex wurde 2013 fertiggestellt. Die Umbaumaßnahmen betreffen den 3- geschossigen Baukörper an der Rembrandtstraße mit einer BGF von ca. 3.300 m2. Das umzubauende Obergeschoss umfasst eine BGF von ca. 900 m2. Die unterzubringende NUF 1-6 beträgt ca. 450 m2, davon ca. 170 m2 Reinräume. Zusätzlich sind Flächen für die Aufstellung der Technikzentrale zu erschließen. Die Raumaufteilung der Geschosse wurde in leichten Trennwänden umgesetzt. Im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsuntersuchung wurden folgende Kosten geschätzt:
KG 300 ca. 1,80 Mio. EUR; KG 400 ca. 3,40 Mio. EUR.
Die Planungsleistung für die KG 1.1.4 - 1.1.6 wird für die Leistungen ab Leistungsphase 2 bis 8 entsprechend den
spezifischen Leistungspflichten vergeben .
